Like Dr. Joe, Erin has a family tie to orthodontics. Her mom has been in the field for many years. Her positive attitude and upbeat approach are second only to her amazing clinical skills. While she’s not building smiles with Dr. Joe, she’s likely to be hiking and camping with friends.
Julie started her orthodontic career with our team while she was finishing her training (and we consider ourselves fortunate that she landed in our practice.) She brings an amazing mix of personality, fun and skill to the practice.
Kristi is a long time Portlander with more than 20 years of orthodontic experience. Because she’s worn every possible hat in an orthodontic office, she knows how to take exceptional care of our patients. Outside of the office Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband of 30 years and her two grown children.
Debbie brings a mix of orthodontic experience to our administrative team. Having spent many years perfecting her clinical skills as an orthodontic assistant, she knows what it means to be a patient. Deb’s focus is making sure the practice accommodates all the logistical needs, from scheduling to financials. She’s a true patient advocate whose top goal is a positive patient experience. When Deb’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her outside, enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Sheri has over 14 years of experience in the orthodontic field. As our treatment coordinator, she guides patients through the orthodontic treatment journey, answering every last question and making sure the experience is smooth from start to finish. When she’s not in the office, she loves spending time outdoors and she has even been known to summit a mountain or two in the area.
Director of “Paw-blic” Relations
It’s my job to keep things fun around here at Dr. Joe’s office, after all that is our motto right? I greet everyone with my incredible good looks and keep everyone laughing with my mischievous antics. All of this takes a lot of energy so you may see me catching some ZZZZ’s on the clock, but hey being “Paw-blic” Relations Director is a big job.
Senior Stress Manager
I take a relaxed approach to life. Why run if you can saunter? Dr. Joe moves fast and I’ve got his back, just a few slower steps behind. Hank may have the looks but I am the brains of this operation and I take my work very seriously. I’m a retired bomb sniffer from the Portland Police Bureau, where my chill , easy going attitude (which I consider to be a very fine tuned skill), wasn’t so much appreciated. Now it’s my job with one wag of my tail to let everyone know it’s time to have some fun and leave the stress behind!
